THE BRIEF
What does it mean to be well? At Benefit 3 (B3), the philosophy is simple: when individuals do well in life, they do well at work. Their mission is to shape holistic workplace programs across financial, physical, and mental well-being, ensuring employees are perfectly placed to perform at their peak.
With an ambition to broaden their reach and inspire a new tier of employers, we were tasked with developing a brand identity that would break through the ‘corporate benefits crowd.’ The goal was to position Benefit 3 not just as a provider, but as the premier benefits partner of choice.

THE PROCESS
The identity is anchored by a clean wordmark and an icon made from the synergy of a B and 3 to create a sense of amplification that signals growth and support. To move away from static corporate tropes, we developed a fluid visual language using energetic gradients and organic shapes that suggest movement and vitality.
Central to the brand is a bespoke suite of portraits – imagery of confident individuals who are clearly empowered by the ‘benefit of benefits.’ This human-centric photography is paired with a vibrant, contemporary palette and a dynamic layout system that translates seamlessly across print and digital touchpoints, bringing a sense of life and optimism to every communication.

THE OUTCOME
The result is a brand that is as expressive as it is professional. By moving beyond the sterile aesthetics of traditional HR services, the new identity captures the holistic energy of the Benefit 3 offering.
The vibrant, multi-layered system has successfully repositioned the business, setting them up for future success by clearly articulating the value of their programs. B3 now stands out as a modern leader in the well-being space, equipped with a visual language that speaks as loudly as their impact.
